Information you provide

When you submit our inquiry form we receive what you choose to enter: your name, your email address, your practice name, your website, the states you are licensed in, how many clinicians you have, and whatever you write in the message field.

Do not send us client information

We do not ask for anything about the people you treat, and we do not need it to scope a website. Our inquiry form is an ordinary web form, not a secure channel, so please keep client information out of it. If a project ever required us to handle information covered by HIPAA, we would put a written agreement in place first.

How we use it

We use it to evaluate and answer your inquiry, to talk with you about a possible engagement, and to improve how we work. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission.

Service providers

This website and its form are hosted and processed by Netlify. Other providers may be involved in operating the site and responding to you. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and security purposes. To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, reply to any message from us or write to hello@firmandframe.com.

We are not a therapy practice

Firm & Frame is a creative and marketing studio. We do not provide therapy, we do not take referrals, and sending us an inquiry does not create a clinical relationship with us or with any practice shown on this website.
