Featured work

Meg Simmons, LCSW · Website redesign

A clearer path to therapy.

A full redesign built around the questions people ask themselves before booking a first session.

The old site had good content buried in the wrong places. Now Meg’s services, specialties, location, availability, and approach are clear on the first screen.

Navigation is simpler, the photography is warmer, and the pages run in the order people actually read them. Fees, session format, credentials, and common questions sit where prospective clients look for them.

Local search got the same attention: location-specific page titles, unique meta descriptions, real alt text, and complete business schema. Direct calls to action and a short contact form make the first message easy to send.

Design Studies

Solo, anxiety & burnout

One focus, said plainly. Openings and next steps up front.

Group, twelve clinicians

Filter by concern, format, and availability. Openings shown on every profile.

Video

Go beyond the website.

  • Profile film. Two minutes of you, explaining how you work.
  • Explainers. What you repeat on every intro call, answered once.
  • Common questions. What it costs, how long, what happens first.
  • Short social cuts. The same footage, sized for every feed.

Before the first message

The six questions your website should answer before anyone has to ask.

Open any question to see what a therapy website should make visible.

1 of 6 open
  1. A long list of diagnoses and modalities is not the same as clarity. Your site should help someone quickly recognize their problem, see the services that are relevant to it, and understand where your experience is strongest.

  2. People want to know whether you regularly work with someone in their stage of life, relationship situation, identity, profession, family role, or other relevant context. The answer should be easy to find without forcing them to interpret vague language.

  3. Credentials matter, but they rarely answer the emotional question. Your copy should explain your approach in plain language: how you listen, how sessions tend to work, what you focus on, and what a client can reasonably expect from the relationship.

  4. State licensure, in-person versus telehealth, office location, populations served, and current availability are not minor details. They determine whether someone can become a client at all. We make those details visible instead of burying them.

  5. Fees, insurance participation, out-of-network options, superbills, and payment expectations are often deciding factors. Clear information reduces uncertainty and prevents people from contacting you only to discover a mismatch later.

  6. “Contact us” leaves a surprising amount unanswered. A stronger site explains the next step: how to get in touch, what information to provide, what happens after the inquiry, and whether the first conversation is a consultation or an appointment.

The standard we build to

A good therapy website should answer all six in minutes.

Firm & Frame makes those answers easy to find, understand, and keep current — eligibility, fees, availability, and next steps stay out in the open.

Our approach

From conversation to launch.

We work in phases, shaping the words, design, and site together.

Our approach

01 / 06

01

Strategy and site architecture

We start with strategy, shaping the content hierarchy, page structure, and the path visitors take through the site.

02

Copywriting

We turn your specialties, approach, credentials, and practical details into clear client-facing language that still sounds like you.

03

Design and development

We build a fast, mobile-friendly site that supports the content instead of competing with it.

04

Search foundations

Search intent, page structure, technical basics, internal linking, and local relevance, built in from the beginning.

05

Privacy-conscious setup

We minimize unnecessary collection of sensitive information and choose forms, scheduling, hosting, and email with care.

06

Ongoing growth

We can carry the same strategy beyond the website, with search, video, and visibility work designed to strengthen the whole practice.

Step through the build

The plan before the pixels

Words first, layout second

Built to be read, not admired

Found by the people looking for you

Only what the client needs to share

Reach earned after the work is right

Search

Make it easier for the right clients to find you.

SEO helps people find your practice when they’re already looking for the kind of help you provide. We build your site around the services, specialties, and locations that matter, then make it clear what you offer and who you help.

Someone starts here

01

Show up for the right searches.

The services and specialties your ideal clients are actually looking for.

02

Be easier to find locally.

Your website and local search presence stay clear and consistent.

03

Make it clear you can help.

Specific, useful pages that speak directly to what they need.

04

Inquiries, not clicks.

Traffic means nothing if it isn’t bringing the right people to your practice.
